Uluslararası Türkoloji Araştırmaları ve İncelemeleri Dergisi (International Journal of Turcology Studies and Reviews) (ULUTURKAD), started its publication life in 2016, is an internationally indexed and internationally refereed online open access journal that publishes original scientific research articles and review articles aiming to contribute to the field of Turcology. The journal is published twice a year (June and December), except for special issues. ULUTURKAD publishes theoretical, empirical and experimental papers that significantly contribute to the disciplines of social sciences:

Uluslararası Türkoloji Araştırmaları ve İncelemeleri Dergisi (International Journal of Turcology Studies and Reviews) (ULUTURKAD), claims no fees for article submission, proccesing and printing. For this reason, ULUTURKAD is non-profit journal and has no source of income.
Candidate articles submitted for publication in the journal can be written in Turkish and English. Articles sent to the journal must not have been published in another journal or sent to another journal for publication.
ULUTURKAD uses the double blind review method in the review process of all studies. In this method the identities of the authors and reviewers are confidential. All manuscripts submitted to ULUTURKAD are blind reviewed.
Publication and copyrights of the manuscripts that are sent to the ULUTURKAD (International Journal of Turcology Studies and Reviews) to be published are transferred to the journal. Those manuscripts may not be published, reproduced or used without reference in any form of publication medium, without the prior permission of the board of the journal.
ULUTURKAD adopts the principle of presenting scientific research free of charge to the public and thinks that it will increase the global sharing of knowledge; so ULUTURKAD is an open access journal.
